Return Policy

Here at Kelly Brett Boutique, we know that sometimes it can be tough ordering online as a woman. We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. After all, our Kelly Brett Boutique customers are the most beautiful out there. With that said, we understand that returning items that don't work for you as well as you'd hope will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible!

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned item(s) and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. Unless we made a boo boo. :(
  • Returns are for "Store Credit Only" and must be received within 21 DAYS of you receiving your shipment.
  • If you desire to exchange an item, please follow how to "Process an Exchange" below.
  • Any returns received after 21 days will be rejected, and your item(s) will be donated to a local charity.

Please make sure your item(s) are "RECEIVED TO US WITHIN THE ABOVE TIMEFRAME" and kindly include a copy of your packing slip or invoice to insure proper store credit.

(Excluded Items)

  • Clearance/Sale Rack Items.      
  • Bandeau Bras/Undergarments/Headwear.
  • Jewelry and Gift certificates.
  • Merchandise that has been worn/washed, and/or has deodorant/makeup/perfume on.

(Process a return)

1-Log in to your account via the "My Account" tab on the top right of our homepage.

2-View your order using the "Completed Orders" link in the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

3-Please inform us if you desire "Store Credit" or "Exchange" on your Return Request form.

4-Fill out the "Return Request" form and press submit to email to us.

If you used "Guest Checkout", please click here > Contact Us and completely fill-out the form to email us.

Please include your "Name, Phone #, Order #, Item(s) you want to return, along with the reason for your return in the form. 

Ship your item(s) back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice to the address provided below.


(Process an exchange)

1- Kindly place an Additional Order for the style and size you want.

2- Please fill out the "Contact us" form here > Contact Us to let us know what item(s) you are sending back for an exchange.

3- Ship your item(s) back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice to the address provided below.

4- Once we receive your exchange item(s), we will inspect and refund to the payment choice made on your corresponding order.
