Our new Plus Size Plush Pullovers feel just like your favorite childhood teddy bear! Super soft, warm, and features a contrasting pink velvet trim on the collar and at the wrist. Along the collar, there is a soft fleece lining that lines the on-seam hand pockets. Completely finished with asnap closure and the all important side pockets.

Here at Kelly Brett Boutique, we know that sometimes it can be tough ordering online as a woman. With that said, we want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow! 

PROCESS A RETURN

1-Log in to your account via the "My Account" tab on the top right of our homepage.

2-View your order using the "Completed Orders" link in the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

3-Fill out the "Return Request" form and press submit to email to us.

If you used "Guest Checkout", please click here > Contact Us and completely fill-out the form to email us.

Please include your "Name, Phone #, Order #, Item(s) you want to return, along with the reason for your return in the form. 

Ship your item(s) back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice to the address provided below.

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGES

All returned merchandise is for store credit only and does not include original shipping costs. We do not have the ability to facilitate exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for your new item and ship your exchange back to us at the address below. After we receive your exchange, we will refund the item to the payment used.

All returns must be postmarked within 21 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS with original tags still attached. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, or have been damaged will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.

If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 15 calendar days of our receipt.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Merchandise listed in the "Clearance Sale" section of our website is Final Sale, is sold "as is" and may not be returned, exchanged, or eligible for price adjustment.  Merchandise ending in $.00 indicates that it is a final sale clearance item.

SHOES

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box or attaching tape/shipping labels directly to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs

ACCESSORIES

Hats, jewelry, undergarments, socks & scarves are not returnable.

KBB "OUTFIT IN A BOX"

Outfit in a Box Collections may be returned for store credit or exchange however, ALL items from the outfit must be returned and meet our general return guidelines or it will not be accepted.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order at service@kellybrettboutique.com or it cannot be returned - No Exceptions. A photo of the incorrect item/manufacturer defect must be included in your email.

Once we’ve reviewed the photos and it has been determined that the item is defective, we will email you to send the item(s) back, with a copy of return shipping cost, and will ship out the correct/new item(s) once we receive your return.

If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors - this is not a manufacturer defect.
